1. At the outset, Mr. Sunil Otwani, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that detailed representation-cum-mercy petition of the petitioner Annexure P-6 is pending before the State Government for consideration and it has not been decided till this date. He further submits that this petition be disposed of directing the said authority to consider the mercy petition of the petitioner.

3. The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1
