Hon'ble Shri Justice Inder Singh Uboweja Order On Board 14/09/2015 Pursuant to permanent warrant issued vide order dated 30.07.2015 against the appellant for his production before this Court, a report dated 07.09.2015 sent by the Station In-charge, Palari, has been received, according to which, sole appellant - Salikram has died on 02.01.2010. Death certificate issued by the Janapaid Panchayat, Jaijaipur, is also annexed with the report.

In view of above, the appeal abates and the same is dismissed on account of death of sole appellant - Salikram.
