1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present CRMP with liberty to move appropriate application before the

concerned Court after completion of six months as prescribed under Section 6 of the Chhattisgarh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act, 2004.

2. Accordingly, the present CRMP is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty in favour of the applicant.
