The applicant is seeking restoration of Writ Petition (C) No.1342 of 2011 which was dismissed in view of peremptory order of this Court dated 07.12.2017.

On due consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, the

application for restoration of Writ Petition (C) No. 1342 of 2011 is allowed. 4.

The M.C.C. No. 83 of 2018 is, therefore, allowed and the Writ Petition (C) No. 1342 of 2011 is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law. No cost(s).
