The petitioner has preferred this writ petition claiming salary from January, 2009 to December, 2012. During the said period, the petitioner was working as Salesman in the Sewa Sahkari Samiti Maryadit Bundeli, Branch Mungeli, District Bilaspur.

The petitioner appears to be an employee of the cooperative society, therefore, remedy for him lies in raising the dispute before the Jurisdictional Registrar under Section 55 of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable, however, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to raise dispute within one month from today.
