1. Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 05.12.2019 passed by the respondent No.4-Board of Revenue. Vide the said order, the Board of Revenue has directed the petitioners to approach before the Additional Collector in respect of any amendment or in respect of any relief that the petitioners want, as the original matter is pending consideration before the court of Additional Collector.

2. Given the said facts that the Board of Revenue has not interfered with the order of the Additional Collector dated 09.07.2019 and the rights of the petitioners have been left open to be agitated before the Additional Collector, this court also is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this juncture. Accordingly, reserving the right of the petitioners to avail the appropriate remedies open to them, the present writ petition stands

-2disposed of. However, it is expected that the Additional Collector shall take a decision on the Revenue Case pending before them in respect of the petitioners at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
