1. Heard on the MCC for correction in the order dated 19.01.2021 passed in WPC No.98/2021.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in para 2 of the order dated
19.01.2021 in WPC No.98 of 2021, wrong facts have come up. It was stated that on 10.09.2018, the petitioner has supplied the tent and other required articles for programme to the respondents, however, the payment was not made, therefore, the petitioner has made a representation. She would therefore, pray that the para 2 of the order passed in WPC No.98/2021 on 19.01.2021 be deleted and be substituted with new facts.
3. After perusal of the writ petition, the para 2 of the order dated 19.01.2021 passed in WPC No.98 of 2021 is substituted with the word "The petitioner has supplied tent and other required articles on 10.09.2018 in a foundation programme organized at Dussehra Maidan, Charoda, however, the payment was not made" instead of "The petitioner has imparted skill education under Mukhyamantri Nirman Mazdoor Kaushal Vikas Avam Parivar Sashaktikaran Yojna". Further prayer is made that the petitioner may be granted further time to make the representation before respondents No.2 & 4. Accordingly, the petitioner is given liberty to file the representation within a period of four weeks and the same shall be decided within a further period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the representation.
4. The rest of the order shall remain as it is.
