Heard on I.A.No.01/2020, for grant of temporary bail to the applicant.
The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.01/2020, registered at Police Station Taregaon Jungle, District Kabirdham (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the jail authority has informed the applicant's wife that the applicant received paralysis attack and need proper treatment. He has also filed the document to this effect. He also submits that during detention period, the applicant was also tested Corona positive and document to this effect is also on record. Therefore, two months interim bail may kindly be granted to the applicant for his proper treatment.
Learned counsel for the State formally opposed the prayer for interim bail.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused
the record.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having considered the fact that the applicant has received paralysis attack and was also tested corona positive, I am inclined to release the applicant on temporary bail.
Accordingly, I.A.No.01/2020 is allowed.
It is directed that the applicant shall be released on temporary bail for two months on his furnishing a personal bond in sum of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety in like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court. The applicant shall positively surrender himself before the concerned trial Court on 22.03.2021.
Certified copy today itself.

Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board 03.02.2021 By this CrMP, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 21.01.2021 passed in MCRC No. 7195/2020 with regard to name of police station.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in MCRC 7195/2020, the name of the police station has wrongly been mentioned by him as 'Police Station - Taregaon Jungle, District Kabirdham (C.G.)' whereas, as per the record, the correct name of the police station is "Police Station- Jhalmala, District Kabirdham (C.G.)".
I have gone through the impugned order and perused the record.
From perusal of the recored, it appears that the correct name of the Police Station is 'Jhalmala'. Thus, the error with regard to the
name of police station is apparent on the face of the record which needs to be rectified.
Accordingly, it is ordered that in para 1 of the order in question the name of the police station be read as "Police Station- Jhalmala, District Kabirdham (C.G.)" instead of 'Police Station - Taregaon Jungle, District Kabirdham (C.G.)'. The copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner along with the copy of order dated 21.01.2021 passed in MCRC No. 7195/2020.
With this modification as aforesaid, CRMP stands disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
