The grievance of the petitioner it appears that the respondents have not properly fixed the pension that was payable to her on death of her Husband.

It appears that the petitioner has rushed to the High Court without any sufficient material in her possession so far as the claim that she has raised for.

Without entering into the merits of the case, only considering the fact that the petitioner is aged more than 80 years, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the office of the respondent No.2 by way of a representation in respect of her grievance and apprehension that she has, and the respondent No.2 shall provide the necessary information to the petitioner so far as the fixation of pension that has been given to the petitioner.
