Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.

1. By this PUD, it has been informed that the date of passing order in MCRC(A) No.196 of 2020 has been erroneously mentioned as "5.3.2019" instead of "5.3.2020", which is needed to be corrected.
2. After perusal of the order mentioned hearinafter, it is found that the error has been committed inadvertently, therefore, the request in the PUD is allowed. It is ordered that the date of passing order in MCRC(A) No.196 of 2020 be now read as 5.3.2020 hereinafter.
