Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is working on the post of Assistant Grade- II in the respondent No. 1 - University and that committee has been constituted for reviewing the seniority list and petitioner's seniority is likely to be disturbed without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to make representation for redressal of his grievances before respondent No. 1 - University who, in turn, shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties within two weeks from the date of making representation along with copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
