The claim of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondents to consider the case for regularizing in service. 2.

According to the petitioner, he has been working under the respondents on daily wage basis for last more than 11 years and the respondents authorities have already recommended and processed his claim for regularization as would be evident from Annexure P/2 dated 18.03.2016 and P/3 dated 04.04.2016. Further, there also seems to be a correspondence at the Directorate level as would be evident from the document Annexure P/3 dated 19.02.2018,

however thereafter there does not seem to be any further development.

Given the said limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture can be disposed of directing the respondents No.1 & 2 to take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner in accordance with the correspondences in this regard made by the Department in the past. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
