Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners would submit that the process of appointment of Head Master though earlier stayed has now been decided by order of this Court dated 01.08.2017 and there is no interim order operating in appointment. He further submits that though the petitioners' have been selected on the post of Head Master on 19.09.2010 but they are not given appointment on the said post till date for which they have also made several representations before the respondent authorities but it has not been considered and decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and take a decision on the petitioners' representation expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
