Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that final order has been passed and the Civil Suit No. 19-A/2016 has already been decided on 27.10.2018 and as such, the petition has now become infructuous. However, he prays for liberty to raise the grounds in appeal, if any, preferred by the petitioner.

As the civil suit has final been decided, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous with aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner.
