Learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue is covered by the order dated 16.1.2017 passed by this Court in WPS No.172 of 2017 and another connected petition. They would pray that this writ petition may also be disposed of in the same terms. 3.

In view of the above joint statement made, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 16.1.2017 passed in WPS No.172 of 2017 and another connected petition. The respondent- Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development, Surajpur, shall individually examine the case of the petitioner herein and shall verify the facts minutely and in case, if the petitioner is found to be similarly situated, similar benefits may also be extended to the petitioner as well.
