Heard Learned Advocate General on behalf of the Appellant and Shri Ratan K. Singh, appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 1. 2.

In view of the statement made in paragraph 13 of the memo of appeal with regard to steps already having been taken for compliance of the order by the Appellant, and the nature of directions issued by the Learned Single Judge requiring the Appellant to act in accordance with law, we find no reason to entertain this appeal.

A submission is made on behalf of the Respondents that the Appellant may be directed to make a fresh assessment within a time to be specified by the Court as none has been mentioned by the Learned Single Judge. We only observe that there is always an urgency in commercial matters and if no time is prescribed by the Court, it is required to be done within a reasonable time. 4.

The writ appeal stands disposed.
