Advocate, for the State/applicants. 11.02.2019 The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the order dated 22.02.2018 passed in WPS No. 6884/2018. Counsel for the State submits that so far as the role of the State is concerned, the same has already been complied with and the matter has been referred to the Office of the Accountant General where the case is under process and for complete compliance of the order, the State needs more time.

For the reasons assigned in the application and the documents enclosed therewith and finding them to be satisfactory, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for extension of time has been made out. Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed and the applicants/State are granted further three months time for compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.10.2018 passed in WPS No. 6884 of 2018. No order as to costs.
