This is a repeat appeal filed by the appellants through the Counsel appointed by the High Court Legal Services Committee, whereas the appeal for the appellants has already been filed by the Counsel engaged by them which is registered as Cr.A. No. 111 of 2019. Therefore, this appeal is not maintainable, which is disposed off. However, the counsel appearing in this case is allowed to give appearance in Cr.A. No. 111/2019.
