Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that application of the petitioner under the Chhattisgarh Resettlement and Rehabilitation Policy 2007 (for short "RR Policy") for grant of permanent employment is pending consideration before respondent No.2/Collector, Janjgir-Champa since 29.12.2012, which may be directed to be considered by expediting consideration process.

On the other hand, learned Senior Advocate appearing for respondent No.4 would submit that provisions of RR Policy are being complied with.

Learned State counsel would submit that his application would be considered and decided expeditiously by respondent No.2/Collector, Janjgir-Champa.

Be that as it may, respondent No.2/Collector, Janjgir-Champa is directed to consider and take a decision on the petitioner's application expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if already not decided. However, it is made clear that this Court has not passed any order on merits of the case and the Collector, Janjgir-Champa will consider the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the observation made by this Court.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
