1. The petitioner at the outset makes a prayer that he may be permitted to approach the respondents by way of a fresh representation in respect of certain unpaid monetary dues which the petitioner has till date not received from the respondents which he is otherwise entitled for.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned for ventilating his grievance on administrative side by moving an appropriate representation. In case the grievance of the petitioner still survives, he may approach the Court afresh.
