Hon'ble Shri Justice Arvind Singh Chandel Order On Board 22/01/2018

1. The instant petition has been filed for modification in the order dated 15-012018 passed by this Court in CRR No. 1077/2017. The instant petition has arisen out of supply of certified copy of incorrect order dated 15-01-2018.

2. The order dated 15-01-2018 passed in CRR No. 1077/2017, signed by this Court and kept on the record of the criminal revision is correct and it being correct does not require any modification.

3. As has been brought to my notice, before uploading the aforesaid correct order, an action of copy and paste of the said order was done in the computer system for typing another order and while this copy-paste an error in the nature of overwriting of earlier content occurred in the correct order dated 15-01-2018 saved in the computer system, and as a result thereof, while uploading, an erroneous order got uploaded. The order dated 15-012018 signed by this Court and kept on the record of Criminal Revision No.

1077/2017 is correct and its certified copy can be issued and supplied to the parties.

4. Therefore, it is directed that the parties be supplied certified copy of only the order dated 15-01-2018 which is signed and kept on the record of Criminal Revision No.1077/2017 and for this record of Criminal Revision No. 1077/2017 be sent to the Copying Section at the earliest. The erroneous order which has been uploaded be deleted from the concerned system by the NIC.
