The grievance of the petitioner is in respect of the alleged illegal recovery made by the respondents to the tune of Rs.4,77,756/- at the time of his retirement.

Without expressing on the merits of the claim of the petitioner so far as the said payment of Rs. 4,77,756/- made by the petitioner, this writ petition at this juncture, stands disposed of, directing respondent No. 3- Collector, Rajnandgaon to consider the representation that the petitioner has made and to decide the same in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
