Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made an application under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for brevity "Act of 1894") which is pending consideration since 2016 before the Collector, Bilaspur and has not been decided till date. 2.
Be that as it may, the Collector, Bilaspur is directed to consider and
dispose of the petitioner's application filed under Section 18 of the Act of 1894 expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
