1. At the outset the Counsel for the petitioner prays that the Writ Petition itself be disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to consider/decide her representation on its own merits so far as granting of joining to the petitioner is concerned.

2. The State Counsel appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 2 does not oppose the same.

3. On due consideration, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities concerned to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner on its own merits at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits as to the entitlement of the petitioner so far as the relief of grant of joining is concerned. The authorities concerned are expected to take a decision purely in accordance with the Rules governing the field.
