1. Both the parties submit that they will reunite and live jointly from 12th August, 2019. The respondent shall take the petitioner from Durg (C.G.) on 12th August, 2019. The petitioner shall withdraw the case filed by her under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the respondent shall withdraw the case filed by him under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

2. As both the parties shall settle their dispute, they do not want to prosecute the present petition.

3. In view of the above, the instant transfer petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above observation.
