Shri D. Wankhede, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 07/12/2018 The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 30.07.2016 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Bilaspur to Mungeli.

The order of transfer was stayed by this Court on 08.09.2016.

Given the said fact that the impugned order has been stayed by this court for about 2 years and 3 months, by efflux of time the impugned order has lost its efficacy.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the respondents shall not act upon the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned. 5.

Reserving the right of the respondents to pass a fresh order of transfer in case of administrative exigency so arises, the writ petition stands disposed of.
