The grievance of the petitioner is the non granting of the timely promotion to the petitioner and in the process juniors to the petitioner or similarly placed persons have been granted promotion on two occasions and they have all marched ahead of the petitioner. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has made repeated representations to the authorities but till date there has been no response on the part of the respondents on the said representation.

Given the limited grievance that petitioner has, let petitioner make a fresh detailed representation to the respondents no.2 & 3 supported with all documents in support of his contention within a period of 30 days and respondent no.2 & 3 in turn shall duly consider and decide the same in accordance with the rules governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
