Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /0 1 /201 (1) Since common question of law and fact is involved in all the writ petitions, they are being disposed of by this common order. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that on the petitioners' land, road is being constructed by the respondents authorities but the compensation has not been paid to them.

(3) Learned counsel for the State would submit that existing road is being reconstructed and no widening is being made by the respondents authorities.

(4) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and considered their rival submissions made hereinabove and also gone through the record with utmost circumspection. (5) Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to make representation to the Collector for grant of compensation, which shall be considered by the Collector strictly in accordance with law. If the measurment is required to be made, the same shall be made in presence of the petitioners and thereafter the Collector shall proceed in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(6) With the aforesaid observations, writ petitions stand finally disposed of.
