1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that on account of death of appellant, the main relief claimed in the writ petition does not survive, however, he would submit that the security
WA No. 159 of 2020 amount deposited by the appellant at the time of obtaining registration as a class ''C'' contractor be refunded to him.
2. In view of the submission made, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous, however, dismissal of writ appeal would not come in way of legal heirs of deceased appellant to move appropriate application for refund of security amount. If such application is made, it is expected that the Competent Authority shall do well to decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
