Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that subsequent to the disposal of the said writ petition, the respondent No.1 had in fact made a correspondence to the respondent No.3 for considering the claim of the petitioner and respondent No.3 on due consideration has vide order dated 05.10.2019 decided the claim application and has found her not to be entitled for the said benefits. 2.
Given the said facts that the respondents have taken a decision, the order so far as this Court is concerned, the same stands complied
with. Now whether the order passed by the respondents is in accordance with law or has been issued by the competent authority or has been in accordance with law rules and regulations governing the field are not one, which could be tested under the contempt jurisdiction of this Court. The rights of the petitioner stands reserved for assailing the said order afresh in a fresh writ petition. 3.
Reserving the aforesaid right the contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of.
