1. The aforesaid MCrCs are being disposed of by this common order as they are arising out of Crime No.07/2020, registered in Police Station Urga, C.G. for offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 411, 120-B of the I.P.C.

2. It is alleged that applicants along with other co-accused persons have committed theft of food items from different fair price shops at different point of time. It is clearly reflected in the memorandum statement of Anil Banjara that vehicle belonging to the present applicant is used for committing theft. It appears that accused persons have formed a gang to commit theft of food articles from fair price shops, therefore, it is not a fit case for release of applicants on anticipatory bail.

3. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, both the applications are rejected.
