This is a transfer matter. The transfer order was issued on 19.11.2015. The operation of cancellation order was stayed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.7 submit that because of interim order, the cancellation order has not been given effect to till date.

Considering the aforesaid circumstance, it being only a transfer matter and the impugned order has remained stayed for more than two years, at this stage, I am inclined to dispose off the matter with the direction that now the impugned order shall not be given effect to. However, transferring authority/respondent No.4 would be at liberty to have fresh look into entire aspect of transfer and would have further liberty to pass fresh transfer orders as and when transfer is required. The parties may appear before the competent authority/respondent No.4 along with their representation, which shall duly consider and if necessary, fresh orders may be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
