This petition is for seeking direction to the respondent No.4 & 6 to register the offences punishable under Section 307, 354 in the FIR

No.33303001180010 registered at Police Station Bemetara against the accused persons.

Learned counsel submits despite the fact that the victim was subjected to physical assault whereby attempt to her life was made, however, bailable offence is registered. 3.

Perusal of the record would show that the FIR is registered. 4.

Learned State counsel submits that the investigation is still going on.
