As per the said letter, the sole appellant Viddha @ Vidya yadav S/o Moharman Yadav has expired on 21.04.2015. Along with this letter several documents have been attached from which it is apparent that the sole appellant has expired. Counsel for the appellant has also confirmed the fact of death of the appellant. 3.
