Order On Board 27/08/2015 In view of the statement of learned counsel for respondent No.1 that a fresh application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'the Act of 2002') supported with an affidavit of the authorized officer as required under the amended provisions of Section 14 of the Act of 2002 has been filed before the District Magistrate, Raipur on 16/06/15, this petition is disposed off with a direction that the impugned order dated 09/01/14 (Annexure P/1) shall no longer be given effect to. However, the District Magistrate shall be at liberty to decide the fresh application filed along with affidavit in accordance with law.
