The Petitioner is a provider of Security Service. It provided such services to Respondents. Though certain reliefs have been sought for, today it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that in view of the present stand taken by the Respondents that the impugned decision is not punitive in nature, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to seeks renewal or extension of the arrangement with the Respondents as may be permitted in law.

We record the aforesiad submission and dismiss this writ petition as withdrawn without prejudice to what is stated above.
