Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to prefer review petition along with all the relevant documents in support thereof before the District Regularization Authority against the order dated 30.11.2017 and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is allowed to prefer review petition

along with all the relevant documents in support thereof before the District Regularization Authority, and the same shall be considered and decided by the authority concerned in accordance with law expeditiously. 4.
