Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has retired from the service on 31.03.2017 and the salary of the petitioner from the period of 16.09.2016 to 31.03.2017 has not been paid by respondent Nos. 2 and 3 till this date. 2.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before respondent No. 2 and 3, within two weeks and the same shall be decided by respondent Nos. 2 and 3 within four
weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stand disposed of.
