Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner having obtained BTI training certificate on his own expenses in the year 1981, while continuing as Assistant Teacher, he is also entitled to the same benefit as has been ordered by this Court vide order dated 03.04.2006 in W.P. No. 3977/2003.

Learned State counsel would submit that there is no quarrel with the legal position. For extending the benefit as claimed by the petitioner, it will require verification of facts and if it is found similar to that, necessary benefits would be extended to the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the

respondents that the claim of the petitioner shall be considered in the light of order dated 03.04.2006 and take decision within a period of three months from today.
