The impugned order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur Division is taking head on with the writ issued and the law laid down by this Court in the matter of Chetan Kurre and others and State of Chhattisgarh and others and other connected matters, passed in WPC No.1390/2016, decided on 07.04.2017, therefore, the writ petition is allowed at the admission stage itself. The impugned order is quashed. However, the Collector, before whom the application under Section 21 (4) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 preferred by the respondent No.7 is pending consideration, shall decide the same within a period of 10 days from today.

The writ petition stands allowed.
