1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to release the TA/ Travelling Allowance which the petitioner was entitled for. The petitioner has also made a representation in this regard but the said representation till date has not been decided by the respondents.

2. Given the limited grievance which the petitioner has, let the petitioner make a fresh representation to the respondent No. 2 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such representation being received respondents No. 2 in turn shall consider, scrutinize and determine and pass a fresh order whether the petitioner is entitled for the said benefit or not, If not, under what provision and let an speaking order pass in this regard with a copy marked to the petitioner. In case if the petitioner is entitled for the benefit, then it should be extended to him without any further delay.
