1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for issuance of appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularizing in service.
2. According to the petitioner right from the year 2007 onwards the petitioner is working under the respondents as Date Entry Operator on contractual basis and petitioner fulfills all the eligibility criteria for the recruited post of Data Entry Operator under the respondents.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents no.1 & 2 to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for regularization in accordance with Rules, Regulations and Policy of the State Government in respect of regularization of the services of the contractual employee having put in more than 14 years of service.
4. Let appropriate decision be take by the respondent no.1 & 2 preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
