Korea, East Sarguja. --- Respondents 13.11.2018 No one appears for the petitioner when the matter is called out in consecutive calls.

Mr. Vinod Deshmukh, counsel for respondents 1 & 2. Since no one appears to argue the case on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls, this Court is left with no other way except to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.
