Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 5 /0 2 /201 (1) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner questioning the charge sheet issued on 09.01.2018 (Annexure P-1) by respondent No. 3 to the petitioner.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for SECL on advance copy would submit that SECL has decided to withdraw the charge sheet dated 09.01.2018 (Annexure P-1) and that will be done within a period of two weeks from today. (3) In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands finally disposed of in terms of undertaking / statement given by learned counsel for SECL. No cost(s).
