The applicant has preferred this third bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.96/2017, registered at Police Station Bemetara, District Bemetara, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of IPC and Sections 5 (1) and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012. 2.

While allowing learned counsel for the applicant to withdraw the present bail application, it is directed that the trial Court shall expedite the trial and make all possible endeavor to dispose of the same at the earliest.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the above direction.
