Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail the remedy of filing appeal under Rule 18 of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 (for short 'the Order 2016').

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file the appeal under Rule 18 of the Order 2016 within a period of 30 days from today. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the order Annexure P-1 after retaining photocopy of the same.
