After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order of suspension has been revoked. In view of the fact that the order of suspension stands revoked, the present writ petition as such has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, reserving the right of the petitioner to avail other remedies available to him as regards any consequential relief which he intends, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
