1. Heard.

2. Mr. Basant Dewangan, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that petitioner's application/representation for grant of

increment, time bound pay scale, fifth and sixth pay and arrears of pay has been rejected on 11/03/2015 by passing a non-reasoned and nonspeaking order (Annexure P/1).

3. Mr. Prateek Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents, would submit that if a fresh representation is made by the petitioner, his case will be considered and a fresh order will be passed.

4. Be that as it may, in view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, the impugned order dated 11/03/2015 (Annexure P/1) is hereby set aside and petitioner is directed to move a fresh application/representation which will be considered by the respondent authorities in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within two months from the date of filing of the fresh application/representation by the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s). It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter and no direction has

been given by this Court with regard to payment of arrears, if any.
