1. Alleging willful non compliance of order dated 01.03.2017 passed by this court in WPS No.185 of 2017, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the State entered appearance and submits that the order passed by this court for considering the case of the petitioner and to pass appropriate order has since been duly complied with vide order dated 13.04.2018 and therefore nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon.

3. This submission is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of above, since the order dated 04.10.2017 has substantially complied with, the contempt proceeding is dropped and rule is discharged reserving right of the petitioner to assail the subsequent development.
