1. On 06.07.2021, this Court had directed to call for the report from the concerned trial Court as to whether the appellant is regularly appearing before the trial court concerned or not and also directed to issue a memo to Ms. Renuka Pal, daughter of appellant, regarding whereabouts of appellant.

2. In pursuance to order dated 06.07.2021, the concerned trial Court informed that the appellant is not appearing regularly before it, and a letter supported by death certificate has also been sent by the daughter of appellant informing this Court that her mother (appellant) left for heavenly abode on 06.03.2020.

3. Thus, in view of death of the appellant and in absence of any application for bringing her legal representatives on record, the appeal abates and the same is dismissed as abated.
